6. Employer Responsibilities

If you use the Platform as an employer, you agree to:

Treat all talent with respect and professionalism
Honor payment terms agreed upon with talent

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by EventTalentHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventTalentHub is not liable for any disputes between talent and employers, the quality of services provided, or any damages arising from the use of the Platform. We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
